This hotel is located in a bustling area with lots of things to do nearby. The staff is very attentive and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Additionally, they can manage to provide you with a cup of coffee even when the restaurant is not open.

The elevators in the hotel take a long time, so you may spend more time than expected waiting for them to arrive.

As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms and the comfortable beds. The hotel staff were incredibly nice and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. The breakfast options were varied and satisfying. The view from the 12th floor room of downtown was breathtaking. The lobby bar had delicious food and cocktails. The free parking and provided cooler in the room were convenient. the hotel provided excellent facilities and amenities for those with physical handicaps.

I felt relaxed during my stay and had no reason to complain.

Rooms were clean and the hotel had a good location close to the Galleria. Access to the Executive Lounge on the 14th floor was a nice benefit, with decent evening reception and breakfast options available. Competitive rates made it a good value for business travelers or cost-sensitive tourists.

Internet connection was horrible, with both room Wi-Fi and lobby computer options not living up to expectations. Noise from events in the ballrooms, especially on the 2nd floor, could be heard in the rooms.
