The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city's attractions like Pike Place Market and the waterfront. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The staff, particularly Mohammed and Isaac, were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel also had easy access to public transportation, which made it convenient to visit popular places like the Space Needle and T-Mobile Stadium.

The staff, while one person was a bit rude, more than made up for it with their friendly and accommodating service. They even helped make our anniversary celebration very special with wine and chocolates! The room amenities were top notch, including in-room air conditioning and a comfortable sitting area. The on-site dining and bar areas were also great, and we especially enjoyed the sun terrace. Cons: Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in the heart of the city!

We were disappointed with the conservation techniques used by the hotel, as they didn't provide fresh towels daily. Also, the bathroom door didn't have a lock and the shower door didn't stay closed properly.

The restaurant and bar on-site are also great, offering delicious meals and a comfortable ambience.

Christmas at this hotel was a great experience! the location was perfect, with easy access to the Public Market Center, the Monorail, and some fantastic restaurants. the hotel staff provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the lobby's complimentary happy hour from 1pm-8pm was a pleasant surprise and added a nice touch to our stay.

Its convenient location, just 1.8 km from the Seattle Center Monorail, made it easy for me to explore the city during my short stay. being 15 km from Boeing Field/King County International, it provided a swift and stress-free transfer for my onward journey.

Despite the remarkable facilities and prime location, I encountered a minor setback during my stay. Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff did not respond to my calls regarding a misplaced item, causing some inconvenience.
