Every visit feels like home. First stay, staff found my lost wallet. Perfect amenities: Wi, Fi, free parking, snack bar, fitness center. Coming back for Easter. No pets, AC, smoke, free. Easy 24, hour access, flat, screen TV, laundry. Couldn't ask for more.

Holiday Inn Express in Oak Ridge offers a great selection, clean rooms, and excellent service. the breakfast quality is good, although bacon is not served. the hotel has spacious rooms with nice bathroom upgrades and comfortable beds. the layout is beautiful, with clean pool areas and comfortable rooms. Staff is friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast is excellent.

Someone was smoking on the floor, causing inconvenience, especially for asthmatic guests. No other complaints.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of a couple of restaurants, making it easy to grab a meal nearby. the rooms were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, the staff, particularly Judye at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist with any issues.

The internet connection in the hotel was sometimes spotty, which made it difficult to stay connected at times. Additionally, there were some noise disturbances, especially in rooms located on the second floor above the lobby and front office, which could be quite bothersome.

Despite its slightly hidden location away from the main road, it provided a peaceful stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing the best night's sleep I've had in a while. I also appreciated the Keurigs in the rooms, allowing us to enjoy a cup of coffee at our convenience. The staff promptly attended to our requests for extra pillows and delivered them to our room within minutes. The added bonus of a microwave and refrigerator without additional charges was a pleasant surprise.

The heating in the room was not functioning properly, causing some discomfort until the emergency heat mode was activated. the view from the room was disappointing, especially for a gold member.

We had a fantastic upgrade to a spacious and comfortable room with a living room area for our family. The bathroom was excellent with nice finishes. The beds were extremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good, although we wish they used real china instead of paper plates and plastic utensils. The parking was free and felt safe. The nearby science museum and Salsaritas restaurant were great attractions. we felt comfortable and had a great experience. We would recommend this hotel to others.
