My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express was absolutely delightful. The room was immaculate and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at the front desk were friendly and provided me with all the information I needed. The highlight of my stay was the Keurig coffeemaker in the room, which made my mornings even more enjoyable. The shower was excellent and provided a relaxing experience after a long day. Despite the bed being a little too soft for my liking, I still had a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also convenient, making it easy for me to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Being in an area with very few motels, it was a relief to find such a well-equipped facility. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. I especially appreciated the ample parking space available, as it made my stay hassle-free. Moreover, the staff members, including Alya and Melissa, were remarkable. Alya at the front desk was personable and sweet, while Melissa went above and beyond in assisting me with breakfast and a late check-out, all while managing a call-out to Fairmount.

Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal for my needs, as it was conveniently close to Fairmount, the perfect spot for a college preview at Taylor.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The cleanliness of this hotel was impressive. the beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was up to date and spotless. the staff, especially the lady at breakfast, worked hard to ensure that everyone was satisfied with the food options. They constantly refilled the food trays to make sure there was enough for everyone. Additionally, the hotel staff was pleasant and kind, hearted, going above and beyond to make sure all guests felt comfortable and attended to.

One downside was that the hotel was short, staffed during our stay, which resulted in some delays in getting rooms ready on time. It would be helpful if higher, level management could remain on, site when the hotel is sold out to assist with any extra demands.
