The front desk staff is accommodating and the breakfast is exceptional, with an African American lady who provides excellent customer service and makes guests feel at home. Nearby restaurants and a 15-minute drive to the airport are convenient.

As youngsters, we loved the modern and updated property. The location was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the pillows plentiful. The breakfast was great and the staff was excellent. We also appreciated the nearby restaurants and the convenience to the airport.

We loved how this place is so near the airport – perfect for those early morning flights. The free airport shuttle made it so convenient for us. Our room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed – a fridge, microwave, and even an ironing board. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to check in early, which was a great convenience. the room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary toiletries. the pool looked inviting, although I didn't have a chance to swim.

The breakfast was disappointing. the food didn't taste great, even for a complimentary breakfast.

Close to the airport and downtown, with excellent transportation accessibility. the staff who assisted me during check-in were knowledgeable and attentive, offering helpful tips on the best places to visit nearby. the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a variety of complimentary items in the minibar.

The overall service experience was badly managed. the front desk staff were unfriendly, disengaged and too busy talking amongst themselves.

I had a great stay at the hotel. It was conveniently located near the airport, which made it easy for me to catch my flight. The hotel facilities were brand new and very clean. The breakfast offered a nice selection of food, and the staff provided excellent service. I especially want to mention the front desk person, Levicka, who was friendly, professional, and helpful. She really made my experience enjoyable.

The location was perfect for me, situated in a quiet area with nearby restaurants and just 15 minutes away from the airport. The hotel itself was impressive, with modern and updated facilities. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the beds were top-notch and provided a comfortable sleep. The staff, especially Levicka at the front desk, was outstanding. Levicka was professional, friendly, and handled various situations with ease. The WiFi worked flawlessly, and the breakfast options were delicious, even accommodating my dietary requirements. The manager also went above and beyond to resolve an issue during my stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and energetic, making me feel right at home. I will definitely choose this hotel again whenever I'm in town.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs und bietet eine ideale Lage. Man kann leicht zu Fuß dorthin gelangen. Insgesamt gibt es viele Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung, in denen man günstige und leckere Speisen genießen kann. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist die Nähe zur 5th Avenida und zum Strand.

Ein negativer Punkt ist, dass es Probleme mit der Wasserversorgung gab. Es gab kein warmes Wasser im Badezimmer und der Wasserdruck war auch nicht ausreichend.
