We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were big and comfortable, and everything was super clean. The check-in process was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were impressed by the hotel facilities and the breakfast was delicious. we loved the experience.

The breakfast was great! They had a wide variety of fresh and hot food every morning. Although the pancake machine wasn't working, the other options made up for it. the staff, especially Kamisha at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They were all extremely friendly and helpful, from the ladies in the kitchen to the guys cleaning up the grounds. the hotel was also new and quiet, despite noise from outside. the bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. Plus, it was convenient to have a lobby where I could attend meetings before checking out.

There were a few negatives during my stay. the key cards were unreliable, and I had to get them redone multiple times.

The hotel was not able to handle simple issues like refunds, misplaced items, or broken equipment. the hotel provided a disappointing and unsatisfactory experience.

As bike riders, we appreciated the convenient location of the hotel. The new building offered modern amenities such as USB charging ports and outlets on each side of the bed. The full breakfast with eggs, meat, and a pancake machine was a great way to fuel up for our rides.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Kalamazoo. My stay was for a couple of days for some business meetings, and I was pleasantly surprised by Holiday Inn Express. The property is new and quiet, despite being near a busy road. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice layout. The bathroom was updated, with a great shower and a mirror for getting ready in the morning. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of choices. it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the rooms. Speaking of which, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had nice amenities like comfortable beds and a well-stocked coffee maker. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Lastly, the breakfast had a great variety of choices and everything was delicious.

The only minor drawback was that the signage outside the hotel could have been better.
