the staff at Holiday Inn Express were professional and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. the location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was just a short 25-minute drive to Niagara Falls. the manager, Naomi, was absolutely fantastic and made my first visit to Tonawanda even more enjoyable. I was even granted a late checkout by an hour without any additional charges. the hotel itself was well-maintained and clean, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. My room was spacious, with all the amenities described on the website. the fridge and microwave in the room were particularly convenient for storing food and drinks. the bathroom was large, bright, and spotless, with excellent water pressure. this was one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

Great location with nearby restaurants and a shopping plaza just minutes away. the breakfast was good and had a nice variety of options. the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Moesha at the front desk who went above and beyond to help with our needs. the hotel was clean inside and out, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. we had a great stay and enjoyed the convenient amenities.

One downside was the lack of cleanliness in the room. We discovered some sticky material on the floor and found a bottle lid under the bed.

The property was clean and up to date, and the bed was very comfortable. the staff, especially the manager, was amazing; she was working extremely hard and doing multiple tasks to make our stay pleasant.

The breakfast quality was poor, with long lines, limited options, and it ended earlier than expected. Additionally, there were some issues with the room, such as the door not fitting properly and the lack of a hairdryer.
