We had an incredible and romantic escape in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel provided a free shuttle service that made it easy to explore all the key attractions nearby. We also loved the fact that the hotel served a complimentary breakfast every morning and had a lovely swimming pool where we could relax after a long day of sightseeing.

That the air conditioning unit in our room was a bit noisy and could have been more effective in cooling the room. However, it didn't take away from our overall experience and we still had a fantastic time at the hotel.

Ik heb echt genoten van mijn verblijf in deze accommodatie. Het ontvangst door Alessandro was vriendelijk en gastvrij. De kamers waren modern en smaakvol ingericht, met voldoende kastruimte. Het bed was heerlijk comfortabel en de douche was geweldig. Gelukkig het dakterras was een heerlijke plek om even te ontspannen. Over het algemeen was de accommodatie schoon en het personeel vriendelijk.

We stayed at Hotel Arboretum for 2 nights while attending a concert at Echostage. The affordable price exceeded our expectations, as we were worried the room wouldn't be nice. To our surprise, it was clean and comfortable, and the hot breakfast was a great bonus. The staff, especially Stephanie at breakfast, were incredibly kind and attentive. The proximity to Washington Hospital Center was perfect for our early morning testing. a great stay for our family of 4 with young children.

We were also impressed with the shuttle service to Union Station, from where we could easily access transportation or walk to the National Mall. the proximity to Capitol Hill was an added bonus.
