The hotel location was convenient for us as it was close to our family. The staff, particularly Lisa, was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the rooms were recently remodeled and clean, with functioning AC and showers.

The breakfast policy was a letdown. Although it was included for 4 people, only 1 person with a child was allowed.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They provided helpful information about the city and the bar staff was delightful. the food was good and overall I had a pleasant experience.

The room wasn't cleaned properly, with a hair strand in the bed and no soap in the bathroom. There was also a lack of attention to detail, such as only one cup in the room.

The hotel felt cozy and clean, which made me feel comfortable during my stay. The beds were comfortable and the staff, especially Mary at the front desk and Jeffery at the bar, were friendly and accommodating. The food at the hotel was also good. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn - Nw Houston Beltway 8 was great overall. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and I loved the room setup. The location was also convenient for my needs.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences during my stay, such as the lack of towels or breakfast not being available as expected, the overall experience was positive. The friendliness and willingness of the staff to assist me in resolving any issues that arose left a good impression.
