Had a blast during xmas! The location was fab, right on the beach with amazing pools. The kids loved the nightly pool movies, and the room was clean with a great view. Plus, there were plenty of activities on-site to keep us entertained.

Some guests were inconsiderate, smoking on balconies, and beach chair reservations weren't enforced. food prices were high, and the rooms could get a bit chilly with thin bedding.

We had a blast with the pool, lazy river, and evening entertainment – top-notch fun for the whole fam! Richard's omelets were off the charts, totally bomb breakfast vibes! Even though the bed wasn't as cozy as expected, it didn't ruin the overall rad time we had - definitely planning our return already! 🌴

The TV situation was quite poor, with no channel lineup and difficulty identifying what was playing. It would have been helpful to have a gift shop that sold basic items like cold medicine and snacks, as we had to make a trip to Walmart for supplies. the late-night entertainment lacked diversity and became repetitive with the same playlist each night. the location was fantastic, and the on-site amenities such as the pools, splash pad, and tiki bar were excellent. The children enjoyed the water park and being steps away from the beach. One major issue we encountered was with security. They were perceived as rude, shining flashlights on us unnecessarily and interrupting our beach walk to check wristbands. This made for an uncomfortable experience and could have been handled more tactfully. In terms of room service, it was essential to know that it needed to be requested in advance, as same-day requests were not reliably fulfilled. The staff also seemed misinformed about room cleaning schedules, leading to confusion. While there were some hiccups during our stay, the positives of the location, amenities, and entertainment options outweighed the negatives.

I had an overall fantastic experience at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. the hotel's location was great, with a beautiful view and a nice deck to enjoy it from. the room was clean and comfortable, and I even got to check in a bit early, which was a nice bonus. the common areas, like the pool and restaurant, were kept clean and well-stocked, and the entertainment provided was enjoyable. the hotel is conveniently close to other restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

There were a couple of things that could be improved during my stay at the hotel. the noise coming from adjacent rooms due to slamming doors and testing fire alarms was quite disruptive and made it difficult to rest peacefully.

The balcony with a view of the Gulf of Mexico was a hit with the teens, offering a perfect spot to unwind.

The rooms need an overhead light rather than just small lamps, which would have added more brightness to the space, especially during the evenings.

The spa and pool facilities were AMAZING, worth every penny. Clean rooms, but a bit of a walk from the elevator. The massage was better than it looked in photos. Overall, yes, I'd visit again!

Holiday Inn in PCB is a fantastic family-friendly resort with beachfront access, heated pools, and a children's water park. the free kid meals, diaper/swimmers, and fruit-infused water are great perks. the staff is accommodating, playing Disney movies at night with free popcorn. Mama can enjoy drinks while kids have fun. Highly recommend!

My recent stay by the lazy river in PCB FL was fantastic! the staff went above and beyond for us and the spa facilities are like a dream. DEFINITELY coming back! Some parts of the rooms were smaller than expected, but overall exceeded my expectations.
