The staff was friendly and professional, always ready to assist. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and dishwasher. It was a pleasant surprise to have breakfast included, and the selection was good. The location was convenient, close to the airport, restaurants, shopping, and market square. I especially enjoyed the nearby Mexican restaurant for a tasty meal.

The Home2 Suites by Hilton Roanoke offers great amenities, including an indoor pool and fitness center, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city. The suites with a sofa and air conditioning provided a comfortable and relaxing space, and the kitchenette with a dishwasher was a convenient feature for longer stays.

One minor issue I encountered was the communication failure regarding room cleaning. It took multiple attempts to have the room cleaned, which was a bit frustrating.

Staff, Henry and Mr. Charles, provided 5+ star service and pleasant conversation. Location is fantastic, close to airport and mall with restaurant choices. Spacious, well-appointed room with a full-size kitchen and nice shower.

the cleanliness was exceptional, and Cindy, the head of housekeeping, was truly amazing. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was quick. the beds were so comfortable that you never wanted to get out of them. they had a full-sized refrigerator and freezer in the room, which was convenient for our food. I also appreciated that they had separate receptacles for recyclables and trash. the room was spacious and made me feel at home. I can't wait to recommend this hotel to everyone and stay here again whenever I'm in the area. Thank you for the fantastic experience.

The front desk staff was very helpful, calling a nearby restaurant to ensure carryout. The hotel was clean and the housekeeping team did a great job. The room was spacious and well-equipped, particularly the kitchenette. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the blackout shades were a bonus. Breakfast was delicious and the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating.

On one occasion, there was a communication issue with the cleaning staff where our room was cleaned without us knowing. A few items were mistakenly thrown away, but the manager was quick to address the issue and offer a partial refund.

We had a great stay at Home2 Suites! the location was convenient, and the hotel was extremely clean. the staff, from the general manager to the breakfast staff, were all very attentive and friendly. We especially appreciated the environmentally friendly amenities, like the body wash and shampoo pumps instead of wasteful bottles. the curtain separating the sitting area from the beds was a brilliant idea, providing some extra privacy. And the breakfast menu was a pleasant surprise, with microwaveable egg dishes and fresh strawberries and blueberries to go with our delicious waffles. the suite itself was beautiful and seemed brand new. a wonderful experience.

I enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, close to shopping and dining options. My room had a beautiful view of the nearby park and attractions. The complimentary breakfast had a delicious option of waffles.

The hotel was impeccably clean, thanks to the amazing head of housekeeping, Cindy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The beds were so comfortable, we didn't want to get out of them. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and a market square nearby. We loved having coffee and tea available at all times, and the breakfast was just right.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! It's located near great restaurants and a shopping center. I was impressed with the spacious room and the kitchenette, complete with a full fridge and microwave.
