The hotel was spotlessly clean and had a great location. the pool and jacuzzi were a nice bonus, and the beds were very comfortable. the breakfast spread was delicious and the staff were attentive and reliable. the affordable rates were a huge plus and it was a kid-friendly hotel.

The water in the pool was a bit cold and the hotel showed some minor wear.

We were disappointed to find out that the complementary alcohol during the reception hour was not actually free, but had to be purchased for an additional charge. This was not clearly communicated when we made our reservations.

The room felt like a studio apartment, with a full-sized fridge and everything you could need in the small kitchen area. the pool and hot tub were a nice luxury after a long drive. the complimentary dinner social and breakfast were delicious and had more options than expected.

The room temperature was difficult to control, and there were no instructions on how to adjust it below 65°. the location next to the highway resulted in a lot of noise from passing trucks with air brakes.

The suite I stayed in, Room 419, was quiet and comfortable, with a lovely view of the courtyard. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens smelled clean and fresh. Having a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator was a great convenience. The hotel's location near the bustling Maine Mall and numerous restaurants was very convenient. Additionally, it was only a short 15-20 minute ride to Portland, where I was able to explore the city's attractions. The hotel also provided a surprise bonus evening meal during my stay, which was complimentary. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options such as fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, sausage, oatmeal. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the lobby always had endless hot drinks available.
