We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel itself has a grand feel to it, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants. We also appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the easy access to nearby neighborhoods. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained and there was convenient parking available. The hotel's efforts to encourage guests to conserve resources by declining housekeeping services were commendable, with the added incentive of a gift card for their restaurant.

The room was a bit small for the price, and the bed was too soft for our liking. the room could have been cleaner, as it looked a bit worn out and in need of some updating.

The location was ideal, with downtown attractions just a short distance away. The hotel itself was like stepping into the golden age of Hollywood, with glamorous decor and a warm ambiance. The corner King room I stayed in was comfortable and stylish, with a cozy bed and a shower that had instant hot water. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I loved the complementary champagne hour.

One impressive aspect was the hotel's efforts to encourage guests to conserve resources by not requesting unnecessary bedding and towel changes. For every day we left the tag on the door, we received a $5 gift card to spend in the hotel restaurant, which was a nice incentive.

Loved the old Hollywood theme and decor at Deluxe, A Provenance. We requested a change to a king bed and not only did they accommodate us, but we received a free upgrade to a studio suite. The room had a seating area, desk, and a lit makeup mirror that I used to get ready. The renovated room amenities were perfect and the staff was very prompt and responsive to our requests. The beautiful dining room and lobby added to the overall experience.

We loved how close the hotel was to downtown but not too close that we could hear the nightlife when we wanted to sleep. The location made it easy for us to walk to all the main areas within 10 minutes. Gracie's restaurant at the hotel was excellent with its creative menu options. We were also impressed by how immaculate everything else was, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the helpfulness of the staff.

During our romantic escape, we had a great experience at this hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the hotel bar was exceptional, serving delicious Manhattans that we thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, the location was perfect for us as it was easily walkable to various restaurants and attractions in the area.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the rooms were quite small, which was a bit disappointing considering the price we paid.

The location of this hotel is great, with easy access to Northwest neighborhoods and the light-rail system. The rooms are tastefully decorated with a nod to old Hollywood. The restaurant serves delicious breakfast dishes, including fantastic blueberry blintzes.

The service at the hotel bar left much to be desired, with staff showing little initiative to fix issues such as chipped glassware.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and felt like Hollywood royalty in the Golden Age of film. the location is key, with easy walks to NW 23rd or 12th Ave. the neighborhood of Goose Hollow is like a local's place, with beautiful streetscapes, great shopping, and restaurants. the hotel itself is glamorous personified, with a corner King room that exudes citrus warmth and an amazing bed. the shower had instant hot water and was easy to adjust. the mini bar prices were down to earth, and the complementary champagne hour was a lovely touch.
