We had a romantic escape and the hotel provided a great experience. The room was spacious and clean, with lovely views of the city. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially Lisa in the morning. Additionally, the shuttle service to the airport was a convenient and welcome amenity.

We thought we had booked a king size bed, but it turned out to be something different. When we raised our concerns, we were told that the room we booked was a "king size room, not necessarily a king bed".

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, especially if you plan on attending the US Open. The nearby train station made it easy to get around the city. the neighborhood was filled with delicious Chinese restaurants and bakeries, adding to the overall experience.

One downside of my stay was the loud and constant noise from the air conditioner. It would turn off for only a short period before coming back on, which was a bit bothersome.
