I really liked the location of the hotel, it was conveniently close to everything in the area. Plus, it was right by the subway, making it easy to explore the city. the staff at the hotel were also very helpful and friendly, especially the evening staff on Sunday. They were always ready to go above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, everything seemed new and well-maintained. the bed was super comfortable too.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the pool closed quite early at 7pm, which was disappointing as we were hoping to relax by the pool after a long day of exploring.

The staff at Indigo were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was welcoming and happy to help. We had a minor issue with our room, but it was promptly resolved by a helpful staff member. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, with easy access to the subway and great restaurants and bars nearby. I had a wonderful stay at Indigo and would definitely recommend it.

The Christmas decorations were nice and there was complimentary hot cocoa and cookies offered in the lobby. the location was great, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze.

Well-located for shopping and restaurants, this hotel has a great lobby bar with affordable appetizers. The housekeeping staff are very welcoming and accommodating, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I rested well during my stay and enjoyed the city views at night. The subway is conveniently close by, and there are many places to eat nearby.

I had an amazing time staying here! The location is perfect! It's right on top of a subway entrance and in a great area of Williamsburg. The service is incredible, including room service and housekeeping who always went above and beyond. I also loved the amenities in the room, including tea and coffee facilities and ironing facilities. The terrace and garden furniture are nice touches as well.

I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.
