The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the beach club and other restaurants in the area. The hotel also provided a shuttle service, making it convenient to explore the surroundings. The rooms had a cozy feel, with a TV and a small kitchen area equipped with a microwave and toaster. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel offered beautiful views of the lush green surroundings and had a newly renovated pool.

The gym at the hotel was lacking in equipment, with only two treadmills, one of which was broken, and limited dumbbells ranging from 5-25 pounds.

As a disabled guest, I appreciated the spacious and accessible accommodations. The hotel's attention to detail and thoughtfulness in catering to disabled guests was commendable.

I felt right at home and had no complaints during my stay.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The transportation services, including the shuttle and valet, were extremely convenient. We loved the location, away from the noise and hustle of other hotels, but still easily accessible to anywhere in this city.

The size of the room and bathroom was amazing. the lanai was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. the pool had a great low, key vibe and plenty of available chairs. the grounds were beautiful and fun to explore. the transportation service was convenient and readily available. the beach experience was perfect with easy transportation, umbrella and chair setup, and pick, up service. these amenities made our stay enjoyable and hassle, free.

The prices were steep and the shock of the drink and food prices was a bit overwhelming. Additionally, there were no options to purchase sundries on the property, although they could arrange a quick trip to a market if needed.

The apartments at Hotel Wailea are stunning, especially the ocean front ones with a beautiful view of the lake. We were blown away by the sunset we witnessed from our balcony. the staff, especially Lee, were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the hotel offers a car service to drop guests off at various locations in the area, which was very convenient. the pool area was nice, although it did get busy at times. We always managed to find loungers for ourselves though. the cocktails here were amazing, and we highly recommend attending the cocktail making class on Saturdays with James - he had us laughing the whole time! the apartments themselves were beautifully decorated, with a spacious bathtub, comfortable bed, and a small kitchen area that came in handy. the complimentary wine hour at 5pm was a fun touch. it was a fantastic property with great service, nestled in a quiet and secluded location.

Our favorite part was the Tree House Dinner, where we enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by Chef Kristen and paired with perfect wines by Waiter Austin. The experience felt like dining with friends at home. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and luxurious stay.

The shuttle service and valet made it easy to explore the area, and the private beach we found was a hidden gem. We had an amazing time during our Thanksgiving trip. the complementary champagne and breakfast with a stunning view were the best. the location was perfect, close to the beach and with lots of nature. Staff was helpful and friendly.

There was no convenience store on the property, which made it difficult to purchase items for the kitchen.

This venue provides a truly luxurious experience that exceeded my expectations. the garden area is a stunning space to relax complete with heated swimming pool and sun loungers. the in, room breakfast is a must, try and the spa centre offers a range of indulgent treatments. the restaurant serves a diverse menu of fresh food.

The only minor issue I experienced here was the beach access that required taking the shuttle, but the hotel made up for it with its own beach area, well, equipped with sun umbrellas, chaise lounges. Nevertheless, the venue offers an exquisite collection of amenities that contribute to a luxurious getaway experience.
