The location of the hotel tower was lovely, with a view of the back parking lot. It was conveniently close to several beaches, but unfortunately located in a busy area, making it not very private. The Nantucket ferry was situated next to the hotel, making access to the island easy. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The service at the hotel was commendable, with staff being welcoming and friendly.

The super nice balcony in some rooms offers a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Another great aspect is that breakfast is included, providing a convenient and tasty start to the day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was extremely convenient and within walking distance of many excellent restaurants. We loved being right across the street from the ferry terminal, making it easy for us to catch breakfast before heading out for the day. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and our room was immaculate. The bed was super comfortable, and the large bathroom had a huge shower with a Speakman shower head. We were impressed by the amount of towels provided and even found two comfy robes in our room. The staff was efficient and friendly, providing us with multiple dinner suggestions when we asked. This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be staying here again for a longer period.

The location of this hotel is perfect, just across the Hy-Line ferry and within walking distance of all the restaurants on Ocean Street and attractions on Main Street. The view from the hotel is great, as it is right across from the harbor. The rooms are a nice size, accommodating, and clean. I particularly enjoyed having a nice balcony facing the pool where I could sit out and relax.

The only downside was that the breakfast was not included in the room rate.

Great location! the hotel is located right by the harbor and ferries, making it super convenient for exploring the area. the cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, everything looked fresh and well-maintained. Additionally, the comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep.

The management at the hotel could use some improvement. It was a frustrating start to our stay and could have been avoided with better organization and communication from the staff.

Everything was spot on.

The location of this hotel was perfect, right across the street from the harbor. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. Plus, it was only a short drive to other popular destinations on Cape Cod. the room we stayed in was great, it was updated and had ample space for the two of us. We also appreciated the friendly and inviting staff who made our stay comfortable.

One of the issues we had was with the parking situation. the parking fee was quite high, and there were not enough spaces available.

The outdoor pool was a great bonus, even though it was crowded at times. We appreciated that the hotel allowed us to park our car after check-out for the same price as the nearby lot. The hotel's close proximity to restaurants and attractions like the JFK Memorial Park made our stay even more enjoyable. The excellent WiFi was a definite plus as well.

On the downside, there were a few management issues that affected my experience. there were problems with the room key upon check-in, which resulted in delays and frustration.

The room we were initially given had a small bathroom and was located on the ground floor, which resulted in noise from the balcony and neighboring rooms. The view from our room was not as expected, with a bush blocking the partial harbor view.

Fantastic location with quick walk to main st, restaurants, bars, beach, harbour. Loved the courtyard with fire pit and outdoor patio overlooking the harbour. Indoor and outdoor pool were very nice. Kids enjoyed the DVD player in the room for movies at night.
