We got excellent value for our money with a spacious and comfortable King Suite at a quiet location, but still easily accessible to Charleston and the beaches. The staff at Hyatt House was wonderful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The breakfast option could be improved with better organization and more staff to accommodate guests' needs and requests.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The bathroom was spacious and the glass shower was perfect. The outdoor pool was a great addition and the towels provided were top-notch. The exercise room was clean and had modern equipment. The location was excellent, with a shopping center nearby and easy access to transportation.

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient and close to nearby attractions. The spacious rooms were modern and had a well-equipped kitchen with a stove top, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and mini fridge. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had great water pressure. The bed was very comfortable with pillow-top mattresses. The hotel also had a good TV selection.

Housekeeping only services the rooms once per week, and if you miss them, they won't circle back that day.

The room at Hyatt House Charleston/Mount Pleasant was so cozy and spacious, with a comfy sleeper sofa and a full kitchen. I loved the premium bedding and free WiFi, perfect for a backpacker like me.

I wish the quadruple room had brighter lighting, but that's just my personal preference.

The room was cozy and met my needs perfectly. the breakfast, although limited for those with dietary restrictions like myself, still had options and was complimentary. I also appreciated the complimentary laundry room, which saved me the hassle of doing laundry when I returned home.

The breakfast staff was slow and provided poor customer service. There was a lack of communication between housekeeping and the front desk, as they entered my room twice despite the do not disturb sign.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was immaculate and the staff was wonderful. The location was fantastic and I felt safe throughout my stay.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety.

The hotel was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved having a stove in our room and being able to cook our own meals. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, with a Walmart Supercenter nearby and a great area for walking our dog across the street. Despite a few minor issues like crossed up hot and cold water in the bathroom sink and a leaky shower, our overall experience was excellent. The free parking and proximity to Charleston Downtown were also major perks. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to others and staying here again in the future.

The location was great, close to both the beach and downtown.

The cleaning staff needs better training as there were crumbs on the carpet when we arrived and the trash in the bathroom was not taken away during our stay. Also, it would have been nice to have a hot tub.

The staff at Hyatt House was absolutely fantastic! I had a small issue with the air conditioning in my room, but they quickly fixed it within a day. They were prompt, competent, and very pleasant to deal with. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for my needs. It was close to the medical center where I needed to go and also conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel was also quite good, with a decent variety of options to choose from. I had a great stay at Hyatt House and would definitely recommend it to others.

We were allowed early access to our room upon arrival. The breakfast was better than average and facilities were brand new. The location was great, and the staff was exceptional, making sure our stay was comfortable. I would recommend Hyatt House.
