The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was incredibly comfortable with a great selection of pillows. The location was convenient, and the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating throughout our stay.

Breakfast delights, although there was a good variety, it would have been even better with more vegetarian options.

Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and they even recognized that we were on our honeymoon and gave us some complimentary treats. We loved it!

We loved everything about our stay here! The staff made us feel so comfortable and at home, especially after my surgery. The room was fantastic, with upgraded decor, a comfortable bed, and a brand new TV. The kitchenette was a great convenience, and the hotel provided all the necessary appliances and tableware. The location was perfect for us, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, as well as easy access to freeways and public transportation. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options and even custom omelettes made by Chef Sean. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, parking, and its convenient location in the Bay Area.

The room I stayed in at Hyatt House was incredibly well equipped. It had a microwave, sink, small dishwasher, electric stove, large refrigerator. The room felt like a home away from home.

We recently stayed at Hyatt House in San Ramon for the last night of our 6-month family travel. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located within walking distance of shopping and dining options. The staff at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay special. They surprised us with a thoughtful goody bag and a personalized photo album in our room, which was a lovely touch. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The make-to-order omelet station and hot breakfast items were a favorite among guests. Additionally, the staff was helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were nicely sized and clean.

Some guests reported that the elevator was slow and that the lower floors could be noisy due to barking dogs or noisy children.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time! the rooms were clean and well, appointed with a fully stocked kitchenette and comfortable beds. the hotel's location was convenient, making it easy for us to explore the area and visit nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had a wide selection of delicious food and even a made, to, order omelet station.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the elevator situation was frustrating, with only one elevator serving all four floors.
