The location of this place is very convenient, especially for those needing to be close to the airport. The frequent shuttle service made traveling to and from the airport a breeze. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bed that provided us with a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the variety of amenities in the room, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. we were highly impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided here.

Additionally, I enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered a free shuttle service to nearby supermarkets, which made it easy for me to pick up some essentials during my stay.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't enjoy. Firstly, the service at the hotel was quite disappointing. I had to repeatedly request toothpaste and other basic toiletries, but they never arrived. The customer service also seemed to lack attentiveness and professionalism. Secondly, the rooms were quite dated and in need of renovation. The bathroom had low water pressure and the temperature controls were not functioning properly. I feel that the hotel fell short in terms of customer service and the condition of the rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the airport and there are nearby supermarkets like Walmart or Burlington. In addition, Sam's restaurant is also close by and it is easy to Uber to many surrounding restaurants. The size of the rooms and good selection on the dinner menu in the restaurant were positive aspects of the stay.

The hotel could do with a refurb in rooms and common areas.
