had a wonderful stay at a welcoming hotel in grapevine with amazing staff and clean facilities. the location was perfect, only a short drive from the airport. the complimentary shuttle service was efficient and the restaurant served delicious food. overall, hyatt place exceeded my expectations.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the nearby Grapevine Mills shopping center. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best nights of sleep in a long time. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations and was better than most hotels. Additionally, the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to the airport, which was a great bonus.

This hotel is situated in a great area, conveniently close to DFW airport and just across the street from a shopping mall with restaurants, cinema, and even an aquarium. The room is clean, and the bathroom amenities are of better quality than average. Guests praise friendly staff, and breakfast offers a good mix of items. The bed is comfortable, and there are shuttles to the airport.

Some guests have noticed that the furniture and decor in the room are a bit dated and worn out.

The location was great, right across the mall and close to nearby points of interest. the staff was welcoming and accommodating, making us feel at home. Additionally, the food selection from the menu was good, providing us with options that satisfied our cravings.

Our stay was not without its flaws. One major issue was the lack of communication during a fire alarm incident.
