I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, I was quite impressed. This place is conveniently located near everything within minutes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating; they were always available to answer any questions I had. The room was very clean and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! I also enjoyed the selection of food at the breakfast buffet, which was fresh and delicious.

Had a fantastic Easter stay in a spacious room with a comfy king bed and a large sectional couch. The breakfast spread was great with fruit, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereals, and juices to choose from. Plus, the walk-in shower was perfect and the AC was excellent.

They were overbooked, and my room reservation for two double beds with a fold-out sofa was not available upon arrival. They arranged for me to stay at another nearby hotel for the first night, which was an inconvenience. Moreover, there was a mix-up with my rates and had to negotiate with the hotel staff for the difference.

This hotel is located in the North Park area, which is a great location to explore everything Dallas has to offer. It's conveniently located to downtown, as well as the northern mass suburbs, making it easy to venture out. The hotel itself is excellent in comparison to other properties in the area, with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly service, and a delicious breakfast. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of facilities and room advantages, such as comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

There is some noise in the hallways early in the morning that might bother light sleepers.

Rooms were spacious with two beds and separate areas with large couches. Secured parking lot is a plus for guests with cars. Hotel's cleanliness is well-maintained. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful in assisting guests. had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was not well maintained, with a loud and obnoxious heater and low water pressure in the shower. It was disappointing to find out the mini-fridge in our room didn't work properly. The breakfast experience was terrible, with cold food, undercooked eggs, and lack of basic amenities like bowls and plates. The lack of readily available information, such as the wifi password and location of facilities, was frustrating. The smell of mildew coming from the ice machine on the 5th floor was a turnoff.
