Excellent Staff and Amenities

The exceptional staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay satisfying, even going as far as returning a lost item. the chocolate chip cookies were a delightful touch, and the heated and clean pool, along with comfortable pool chairs, added to our enjoyment. While the pool issue was a drawback, the overall experience was very satisfying.

Food options were great at the on-site restaurant. Nice setup for meetings. Fitness center was handy. Loved the TV in my room. Easy access to shopping areas. Cool pool and terrace. Good safety measures put in place. Free Wi-Fi a plus. Shuttle service was helpful. My room had a private bathroom with granite counter-tops and a cozy corner. a comfortable stay. Plus, being a marathon runner, the fitness center was a big win for me. Cheers!

the hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful, and the General Manager was a true gentleman. Despite the need for some updates, the room was spacious and bright with a nice view of the swimming pool. the breakfast offered almond milk which was perfect for our daughter who doesn't consume dairy.

Hyatt Place was exceptional. Room and bathroom were excellent, with efficient air conditioning. the reception and bar staff knew craft beers well. Elevators were fast, and the shuttle service to the airport was efficient. the heated pool was a hit with my daughter, keeping us entertained. Great location for airport access, friendly staff, and a lovely pool - plus an excellent breakfast.

I stayed at the Hyatt Place Miami Airport East only for transit during my travel. The hotel's location near a train station made it very convenient for my quick stopover. The room amenities, including air conditioning and a sofa, were comfortable and made me feel at home during my short stay.

I experienced some inconvenience during my stay, including the need to change rooms due to maintenance issues, which was particularly challenging for me post-surgery. The occasional maintenance issues and room cleanliness were below my expectations.
