Great location, close to Carytown and restaurants. Exceptional customer service at check-in. Clean and bright hotel. Spacious, clean, new, modern. Good breakfast. Bar open until midnight with a good room service menu.

Room had some dust on top of light fixtures. Workout area was hot and had a musky smell.

Loved the beautiful setting of the hotel and its well-maintained property. the staff was exceptionally friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were thrilled that they allowed pets, so our furry companion could join us on our romantic escape. the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to start our day. Excellent value for money.

We experienced some issues with the heating/cooling in our room. Although the maintenance staff promptly came to address the problem, it was a slight inconvenience during our stay.

Our family of six, including four children, had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Hyatt Place. The suite we booked was spacious and clean, with two comfortable queen beds and a sofa bed. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, even when I asked the same question twice due to exhaustion. They even surprised my children with water and chocolate, which made their day. The AC unit was quiet, the room was well-cleaned, and the TV had a Chromecast. the staff was accommodating and the facilities were beautiful.

The hotel's location was great, close to stores and soccer fields. The breakfast staff were accommodating, keeping breakfast out later for those with early games. The room was a generous size with two full beds and a separate living area, providing plenty of space. The women at the desk were friendly and helpful.

Despite being located in a corporate park, the hotel met all my needs with its comfort, amenities, and reasonable price. I would highly recommend this hotel.
