I chose this hotel for a business trip and it delivered a great place for anyone wishing to explore the lively area or just looking for a comfortable hotel while visiting the city on business. The conference center facilities were convenient for my consultation needs and the location near the Riverwalk enhanced my stay.

One service I missed for my work was having a business center with printing and scanning facilities readily available.

We explored the buzzing Riverwalk and checked out the nearby parks and hiking trails, feeling like adventurers. The spacious suite gave us plenty of room to chill after our fun-filled days, and the staff were super cool and helpful.

The only thing that we'd want is a more buzzing nightlife scene around the hotel. Some fun nightlife spots nearby would have made our stay even more epic.

I really felt like I got my money's worth at the Hyatt Place. The room was comfortable with a great view and the staff treated me so well, they were fantastic! The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to all the action on the Riverwalk.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is if they had more options.

I always come back for a weekend at this hotel. The first time, the staff helped with my wake-up call. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, outdoor swimming pool, and more. Plus, it's wheelchair accessible with no smoking on site.

The location of the hotel was perfect for families, as it was close to the vibrant Riverwalk area with plenty of fun-filled activities for kids. The nearby biking and hiking trails provided a great opportunity for the whole family to explore the great outdoors, soaking in the beautiful scenery and enjoying some quality time together.

In my wife's opinion, adding a kids' play area near the lobby would have been a great addition for families with children.

This hotel's location is perfect for those who want to be close to downtown action but a few minutes away from the convention center. The rooms with a balcony offer an awesome view and very comfortable beds. The staff is extremely helpful and provides great service. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious.

the staff were always friendly and helpful, no matter what time of day. the breakfast spread, although lacking variety after a few days, was always well presented. the added bonus of a pool was delightful, and the pool area was always well maintained. the location of the hotel made it easy to access both the Riverwalk and downtown area. the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the well-designed bathroom and the comfortable amenities such as the bed, desk, chair, and sofa. a satisfying experience.

The location of Hyatt Place San Antonio/Riverwalk is unbeatable, with easy access to the historic Market Square and the River Walk, providing stunning views. The modern, non-smoking rooms offer a comfortable seating area with a sofa and a 42-inch flat-screen TV, and some rooms even feature balconies overlooking the River Walk. The recent addition of thermostats in the rooms ensures ultimate convenience and a more personalized stay, albeit at an extra cost than a regular room.

The stay was marred by a few minor inconveniences. The room we initially checked into had a malfunctioning AC and a noticeable stain on the couch, indicating the need for updating or at least a thorough cleaning.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in San Antonio for a week-long vacation. The hotel staff was outstanding, always friendly, smiling, and helpful. They even went above and beyond to fix us individual pizzas when we arrived late at night. The room itself was lovely, comfortable, and had a great view overlooking the Riverwalk. Housekeeping did an excellent job, even finding my lost trackball. The hot breakfast offered a variety of choices and was a great way to start the day. The staff also provided useful information about the local attractions and helped us with our Alamo audio tickets. it was a fantastic experience.

I do recommend this hotel.

Great location for sightseeing, with easy walking distances to many attractions. Delicious complimentary breakfast with separate coffee area and pleasant staff service. Helpful staff accommodating all requests quickly. Nice room layout with mood lighting and swivel TV, adding to the cozy ambiance. Computer room provided a good workspace with free access, especially for guests without a personal laptop.
