I really felt like I got my money's worth at the Hyatt Place. The room was comfortable with a great view and the staff treated me so well, they were fantastic! The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to all the action on the Riverwalk.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is if they had more options.

It only took us 8 to 10 minutes to walk to the exciting entertainment on the Riverwalk. The hotel itself was right on the Riverwalk, but away from the crowded parts of the river, which provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, always pleasant and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was a great bonus, and the large room with comfortable beds made our stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in San Antonio for a week-long vacation. The hotel staff was outstanding, always friendly, smiling, and helpful. They even went above and beyond to fix us individual pizzas when we arrived late at night. The room itself was lovely, comfortable, and had a great view overlooking the Riverwalk. Housekeeping did an excellent job, even finding my lost trackball. The hot breakfast offered a variety of choices and was a great way to start the day. The staff also provided useful information about the local attractions and helped us with our Alamo audio tickets. it was a fantastic experience.

Great location for sightseeing, with easy walking distances to many attractions. Delicious complimentary breakfast with separate coffee area and pleasant staff service. Helpful staff accommodating all requests quickly. Nice room layout with mood lighting and swivel TV, adding to the cozy ambiance. Computer room provided a good workspace with free access, especially for guests without a personal laptop.

Best aspects of this stay were the friendly staff and their quick response to any issues that arose. The location was also ideal, with all the attractions we wanted to visit just a short 10-minute drive away. Additionally, the cookies for purchase in the lobby were absolutely delicious.

Worst aspects were the room setup and the size of the bathroom. The bathroom was so tiny that it was incredibly difficult to maneuver, especially for larger individuals. The sink and counter being outside the bathroom was also inconvenient. Another downside was the fact that we had to pay for parking on top of our room rate. It would have been more convenient if parking was included, considering we were already paying for a room at the hotel.

This place is in a perfect spot right on the Riverwalk with easy access to restaurants and shopping. I also appreciated their service, as the staff were knowledgeable about the area and always responsive to our inquiries. Plus, the room amenities like the in-room safe and ironing facilities enhanced our comfort during our stay.

I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious stay away from city center noise.

I stayed at Hyatt Place during its opening years ago. The location is ideal for exploring the Alamo and Riverwalk. The hotel sits on a peaceful branch of the river, yet everything is within a short walking distance. Our room was spacious and had a separate sitting area. We enjoyed a fantastic view of the Tower of the Americas and the Alamo dome. The staff, especially Arthur, was friendly and helpful, addressing my concerns with courtesy and professionalism. Housekeeping was outstanding, going above and beyond to locate my misplaced trackball. The hotel also offers a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Riverwalk, where you can watch kayakers and joggers pass by. The presence of a Starbucks inside the hotel was a welcome feature. an excellent stay and I would book again.
