I really felt like I got my money's worth at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect - right next to Union Depot and the light rail. The staff treated me well and I felt safe throughout my stay.

The food for breakfast could be improved. It would have been helpful if the major allergens were marked in the food options.

The hotel is located in a historic building with unique architectural touches. the rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, with grand high ceilings that create a spacious atmosphere. the breakfast served in the sunny sitting area is hearty and enjoyable. Additionally, there are a variety of restaurants within walking distance, making dining options convenient.

Parking is not included in the room rate and is quite expensive at $22 per day. the location of the hotel is not well-signed on the outside, making it difficult to find.

I loved staying here! The location is amazing, making it easy to explore the area. The building itself has 16’ ceilings and is a beautiful adaptation of the former USPO & Custom House Building, adding to the unique experience. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my entire stay. Additionally, the room was fantastic with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area. The hotel also offered great leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, sun loungers, and a fitness centre.

Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great experience!

We booked two of the king size suites at Hyatt Place for our wedding preparations, and we were thrilled with our stay. The suite was incredibly spacious, one of the largest in the city, and had a stunning sky ceiling. The room was clean and well-maintained, and we loved having a fully operational kitchenette. The lighting and curtains were superb, creating a cozy ambiance. The location near downtown was convenient, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff even took us on a tour of the beautifully restored historic building.

This hotel in St. Paul's Lowertown area, housed in an old post office, is a great value for money. The attention to detail in the modern makeover of the historic building is impressive, especially in the handicap shower that did not function properly in my room on the 5th floor with floor to ceiling windows providing amazing views. The staff is friendly and basic amenities like free Wi-Fi are available. Breakfast, included with fresh fruit, is great.

The Hyatt Place in St. Paul offers spacious rooms, perfect for our group of friends. The location is excellent, right next to the Amtrak train station. The staff is knowledgeable about local activities and restaurants. Parking is convenient with both valet service and a nearby ramp. The in-house breakfast is decent. The hotel is always on my list when I visit St. Paul.

Great location for a summer weekend getaway. the hotel is conveniently located in St Paul's Lowertown area, close to restaurants, a Farmers' Market, and the light rail. the modern decor and spacious rooms with high ceilings were a standout.

The lack of dinner service was a downside. Guests had to venture out to find dinner options in the downtown area.
