I visited Hyatt for a work trip and stayed for a week. the location is perfect for visiting the Dallas Market Center. the staff was exceptional—friendly and professional. the shuttle service was very convenient. the hotel is impeccably clean, from the lobby to the fitness room. the rooms are modern and well-maintained. Being close to the mall and local restaurants was a definite plus. the overall service and amenities truly make this a top choice for future stays.

This hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall with plenty of food options. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep.

The disposable cups provided in the room leaked overnight and the fridge did not have shelves.

I keep returning as staff suggested fun spots to explore first time. Amenities like Wi, Fi, welcome drink, fitness center, and rooftop pool suit me perfectly. Love the quick check, in, in, room breakfast, and no smoking policy. Coming back for holiday soon.

Our room was sleek and modern, with a Chromecast that allowed us to use our streaming apps on the TV. We appreciated the excellent parking and the easy access to shopping and restaurants. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was very clean and well-kept, with spacious common areas and elevators. It was also located in a great spot, near many attractions and with plenty of activities to do. the staff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and provided excellent service.

The breakfast hours could have been more accommodating, as it started quite late and there was no coffee bar available beforehand. there was no room service available, which was inconvenient.

We loved staying here! The location was amazing with everything we needed close by. The service was exceptional, from the friendly bell staff who were eager to help with our bags, to the prompt wake up service. The amenities were great too, with everything we needed in our room like ironing facilities and a fridge.
