The resort is a hidden gem set in beautiful parkland with tons of amenities. The Springhill café is a great spot on the lower level near the UPS store perfect for breakfast and snacks. The staff provides great service, and the ambiance is relaxing. You can get so close to city amenities and have luxury all around you. The beach, lazy river, and water slide, make for a fun day. The nightly s'mores are a must-do activity with the family.

Although some details could be improved, I don't think it is a deal-breaker.

The location was perfect, far enough away from the city to enjoy tranquility, yet close enough for affordable transportation via Uber. Moreover, the hotel offered a wide range of planned activities for the whole family, ensuring that there was never a dull moment. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was excellent, with delicious food and attentive staff who made sure our dining experience was exceptional.

The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. the hotel grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. We especially loved the water facilities and sandy area, which provided a perfect spot for the whole family to relax and have fun.

The hotel was quite noisy, especially with all the children running around. This made it difficult to find a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Plenty of recreational activities with shaded areas available. Staff are friendly and attentive to guests' needs. The hotel is well-maintained, with clean rooms. Enjoyable experience with dining options on-site. Great for families with young children.

This resort is incredibly kid-friendly with plenty of activities like bike riding, pool/waterslide, playground, and kids' movies. Camp Hyatt was a hit with my daughter and allowed us some much-needed relaxation. The entire compound is clean and staffed for kids' safety. There is something for all ages, making it a great choice for families. The rooms are also comfortable.

My family and I had an amazing time at the beautiful property. We loved the variety of on-site restaurants and the many activities for both kids and adults. Although we had a room with A/C issues, the comfortable beds made up for it. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency.

We loved the lazy river and pool atmosphere at Hyatt Regency. It felt like we were on a real river, far away from city amenities. The staff was super accommodating and the facilities were beyond comfortable. The food selection and preparation were excellent. The spa was a piece of heaven. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

We spent a wonderful New Year's with amazing complementary facts like a champagne bottle and a delicious cake. the location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature and a great lazy river to relax.

The lazy river at Hyatt Regency was such a fun and unique experience! I loved floating up to the bar and grabbing a drink while enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. The spa was amazing too, with its own private pool, hot tub, and saunas. I'm definitely looking forward to another visit! I highly recommend this hotel.
