After a busy day exploring Westlake Village, including the exciting Malibu Wine Safaris, a relaxing evening at the Hyatt in Westlake was just what our family needed. The hotel's close proximity to Sherwood Country Club and The Gardens of the World made it easy for us to enjoy these local gems. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our children were thrilled to find the pool area clean and well-maintained, providing a perfect space for them to splash around and have fun.

For dads, it would be great to have a small playground or kids' club on-site.

I loved that I could walk to a variety of restaurants in this city. The hotel facilities were clean and the Fitness Center was well-equipped. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable. The location was great, close to the central coast and within walking distance to the waterfalls.

We experienced some issues during our stay. there was a mix, up with our room upon check, in, as someone else had already been assigned to our room.

The location of this hotel was great, with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. It was also conveniently close to the freeway. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the pool and hot tub were enjoyable, and the wines during happy hour were a nice touch.

The hotel is currently under renovation, so there was construction going on throughout the property. Some of the rooms that haven't been renovated yet were not up to standard, with issues like non-functioning fans and bathroom sinks.
