The room was comfortable and well-equipped with a microwave and fridge, making it convenient for storing snacks and reheating leftovers. the hotel's location near O'Hare airport was incredibly convenient for catching my flight, and the complimentary airport shuttle service was a bonus. the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and ensuring a pleasant experience.

There were a few minor maintenance issues in the room, such as a slightly crooked bed and a toilet that wouldn't stop flushing. the door also didn't shut completely unless manually locked, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the convenient location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and great breakfast. It was only a 7 minute drive to our event at the convention center, and having a Gino's East across the parking lot was perfect. The hotel was very clean and nicely finished, and the breakfast buffet had a wide selection. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the free airport shuttle was very handy. it was a great experience.

This hotel is a great option if you need to catch an early flight at the airport. Being very close to the airport, you won't have to worry about traffic or getting lost. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to take you to and from the airport, which is very convenient. If you have some free time, you can visit the nearby casino or the outlet mall down the road, perfect for a budget traveler.

The cleanliness of the hotel is not up to par, as some reviews mentioned the unpleasant odor in the elevators and hallways.

My stay at the Hyatt Rosemont Near O'Hare was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group, ensuring that all our rooms were together for the dance convention.

We loved the very nice environment and the comfortable beds. The dinner at the hotel dining area was quite good, with options like salmon and chicken & pasta dishes. The hotel was very clean and inviting, and we appreciated having a Starbucks right there. The staff, Christina, Heather, and Jeny, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and gave us a home away from home experience. The hotel's location close to the airport with regular free shuttles and the nearby outlet mall were also a plus.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed including the train station and the airport. The shuttle service was free and reliable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with all the amenities we needed.
