Great stay with friendly service and delicious breakfast

I had a wonderful experience at La Quinta Inn & Suites. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring a variety of options in a spacious dining area. The staff, especially Reina, was incredibly helpful despite some hiccups with management. The location was also convenient, close to both the beach and the mall.

Great location near the beach, which was a plus, but the experience faltered quickly. Our first-floor room came with barking dogs, making it impossible to sleep, especially with our allergies. The room, too small for the price, smelled of cigarettes despite being labeled non-smoking. Staff tried to be helpful, and the breakfast was decent, but the air conditioning was loud and the noise from above was disruptive. Cleanliness was subpar, with lingering unpleasant odors and not enough towels. With some improvements, it could have been a much better experience.

Honestly, my first impression of the place was pretty rough. The front desk staff were really unfriendly during check-in, and it set a bad tone for my stay. I just wanted a warm welcome to kick things off right!

Security is concerning—reports of suspicious individuals went unaddressed, raising safety issues. Some staff were dismissive and lacked professionalism. Noise from the room above was disruptive. The experience had its highlights, but significant improvements in management training and customer service are essential. Treat guests better; it matters.

The room was spacious with a nice big shower. Breakfast had a good spread of waffles, eggs, and sausage that everyone enjoyed.

It wasn't the least expensive option, but it was reasonable for what you get.

The breakfast was very good, LOVED the Jimmy Dean sandwiches. Rooms could be cleaner. Great pool! Would come back.

The breakfast itself was okay but could have offered more variety, especially in the hot food options.

From the friendly welcome at check-in to the attentive housekeeping service, we felt well taken care of. the room was cozy and well-decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the nearby beach and shopping plazas. Being close to various attractions made our visit even more enjoyable, enhancing our overall experience.

One area for improvement could be the limited breakfast options offered at the hotel. Although the room was well-lit, decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable, expanding the breakfast menu could enhance the overall guest experience.

The hotel had everything you needed, like a breakfast spot, a handy gym, and laundry facilities. The staff was super cool and responsive whenever we needed help with the room! The relaxed pool vibe and cozy tv room were great for kicking back after a day out ️. Although some spots in the room needed a good wipe-down, it wasn't a deal-breaker at all.

i had a pleasant experience staying at La Quinta Wyndham. the hotel's location was ideal, with everything conveniently within a 20-minute drive, including beaches, activities for both kids and adults, and even a nearby Walmart. the spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, while the complimentary parking was a bonus. the common areas were adequate, providing ample seating during breakfast, and the beds were firm and provided a good night's sleep.

Lost my way on a beach stroll, ended up at this gem. Room decked out with essentials I’d sneakily packed. Kids were ecstatic about pirate lore. Had a laugh trying to outpace them on Track. No-nonsense staff helped with WiFi hiccups. Snacks so basic, I felt virtuous passing them up for crab. Wife sneakily eyeing up golf—should've bet on it. Imagine my surprise at the pirate-themed bar – aye aye, mate! Cheers to family fun, Arr!
