Our room had a beautiful view of a stairwell claiming to be an ocean view, with elegant, contemporary decor. Convenient access to the beach and exploration center. Enjoyed the comfy beds and in-room amenities. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

The dining options nearby are top-notch, from the heavenly slices at A Slice of Kianti's to the mouthwatering dishes at Casablanca Bistro. the hotel's focus on cleanliness and spacious rooms adds a cherry on top of the stay. Plus, the friendly staff make you feel right at home.

The guy at the front desk could use a sprinkle of kindness in his service. Regardless, the hotel's awesomeness and incredible location make it a solid choice in Santa Cruz.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel as it was exceptionally clean, with outstanding facilities like a heated pool and a nice upper lounging deck. the location was also ideal, just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast options were varied, including delicious waffles, cooked perfectly.

I always return for the city trip because it suits me perfectly. the staff returned my forgotten shower bag, showing their kindness. I love the Wi-Fi, luggage storage, fitness centre, and outdoor pool. Plus, the flat-screen TV, lift, business centre, and the hassle-free check-in/out.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Santa Cruz that was very close to the beach and boardwalk. the location was ideal because it allowed us to easily walk to these attractions while being away from the traffic and noise. the hotel itself was clean and appeared to be brand new. the staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, with plenty of options to choose from.
