I keep coming back to this hotel. The staff's help with a late-night water bottle made a lasting impression. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, indoor pool, jacuzzi. Perfect for my trips.

The premium bedding in the guest rooms was a game-changer. It felt like sleeping on a cloud! The luxurious bedding and comfortable pillow-top beds made me feel like royalty. Waking up refreshed, I realized the pillows were the absolute worst I had ever encountered in my life, and I wadded up a sweatshirt to use instead.

Pillows were lumpy.

We visited the coolest museums and attractions that totally gave us major Old West vibes. Plus, we hit up Elephant Rocks Golf Course and Elk Ridge Ski Area for some super fun activities. It was lit!

Would've loved some more fun, young party vibes at the hotel.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable king-sized beds. the hotel is conveniently located near the Polar Express ride, making it easy to access the attraction. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service.

The insulation in the rooms was poor and we experienced a lot of noise from the guests staying above us. This resulted in a lack of decent sleep and disrupted our stay.

This place is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts like me! I enjoyed hiking, fishing, and exploring the scenic drives. Plus, the free WiFi was a bonus! I felt like I had everything I needed for a productive trip.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the train station which would take me to the Grand Canyon. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping was excellent. The room had all the amenities I needed, including an iron and ironing board, mini-bar, and tea and coffee facilities. The garden furniture was a nice touch, and I found it relaxing to sit and enjoy the view. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of foods to choose from.

I would definitely recommend this place to my family, it was a great place to stay.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel near the Grand Canyon. The location couldn't have been better, as it was right next to the Grand Canyon railroad and close to everything. I was able to walk to the brewery located across the parking lot, which was a great bonus. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony that offered stunning views of the mountains and canyon. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. the indoor jacuzzi was a pleasant surprise, especially during winter.

It would be better if pets were kept out of the lobby and away from the dining area.

I stayed at La Quinta in Williams for a quick trip, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, lobby, and pool. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a pleasant scent throughout. They accommodated my early check-in request and even had a cute lobby area with complimentary hot chocolate, coffee, and water available 24/7. The included breakfast had a variety of options, and the indoor pool and spa were well-maintained. it was a great experience during the holidays and I will definitely be back.

My xmas stay at this hotel was amazing! the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the king size bed was so cozy. I loved that the room had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker for convenience. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the amenities in the charming town. the staff were friendly and personable, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. a fantastic experience!

There were a couple of downsides during my stay. the housekeeping staff could be a bit rude, as they would knock on the door and enter the room even when the do not disturb sign was up.
