I had an incredible experience at this luxurious hotel. The location on 1st Ave was perfect, as it saved me from having to climb major hills in the neighborhood. The staff here provided exceptional customer service, from the doormen to the desk clerks. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain all the amenities of the hotel. The room itself was clean and well-appointed, with all the necessary comforts and conveniences. I especially appreciated the in-room safe and the in-nightstand outlets. The hotel also offers a variety of services, such as room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. this hotel exceeded my expectations and ensured a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The view from our room was great. The hotel facilities, including the workout facilities, were a plus. Moreover, the location was perfect as it was within walking distance of all the great downtown attractions, such as Pike's Market and the wharf. We were also able to easily walk to and from the Mariners game. Additionally, we found street parking to be simple and easy, with affordable rates of just $1 for 2 hours.

The view from the room was of a building under construction, which was not ideal. Additionally, there was an issue with the phone receiver beeping at 2 am, and it took some time for it to be fixed.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect as we were able to walk to all of the activities we wanted to do, including the makeshift restaurant. The staff were exceptional in explaining all of the amenities and gave us a welcome drink during happy hour. Our room was equipped with everything we needed, including heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The in-room safe made us feel secure and the free toiletries were a nice touch. The staff have been well schooled on customer service, from the doormen to the desk clerks. They really went out of their way to make us feel at home.

This place is highly recommended to all!
