I would have appreciated a more considerate attitude from some of the younger members of the staff, especially towards fellow senior guests.

I was given a key to an occupied room that was dirty and had a mask on the floor. The bathtub had a ring of black mold and the furniture was all scratched up.

I recently stayed at the Magnolia Bluffs Hotel for four nights during my road trip in the USA. It was hands down the best hotel experience I've had in four weeks! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, and I loved the woodslat flooring and absence of carpet. The location was excellent, and the amenities were top-notch - from the saltwater pool and hot tub to the outside firepit and recreational facilities. The breakfasts were delicious, and the employee in the breakfast area was fantastic - so friendly and helpful. it was an amazing stay and the service was exceptional.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Chelsea and Charlotte, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with air conditioning that kept us cool all night. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a variety of options including eggs, bacon, and biscuits. The hotel had a great outdoor pool, a bar with happy hour, and even offered bike rentals. We had a fantastic time as a couple and will definitely be returning to this hotel when we're in town.
