The location of this hotel is perfect, as it's close to both Manhattan and Venice beach, and right by a busy intersection filled with great restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. We also appreciated the nice view from our room and the complimentary breakfast that was offered each morning. Additionally, the fridge in the room was a convenient feature.

We did notice that the walls were a bit thin, and noise from neighboring rooms could be heard at times.

Although there were no utensils provided, I was able to borrow some from the reception without any hassle. The staff were very friendly and made the check-in process fast and easy. The hotel's location is perfect, directly across from the Manhattan Village Mall, making shopping convenient, especially for those on a layover between flights. Additionally, the staff and service provided by the hotel are excellent, with friendly and helpful staff members.

The only minor issue was the windows in some of the rooms, which either didn't open or were stuck.

During my Xmas vacation, I experienced great service and friendly staff. Complimentary parking was available which is very useful in a busy town, and they even refunded a day even though I checked out early. the location was perfect and within walking distance to breakfast places which the staff kindly provided directions for. the renovated room was clean, with comfortable beds, a TV, and microwave. It was excellent value for money and despite facing a busy main street we had no issue with noise.

The room only had two bath towels and no face or hand towels or hangers. This was not a major issue since it was just a quick overnight stay, but it may be inconvenient for guests staying longer.
