The room we were assigned had a stunning view of the ocean and pool, and it was impeccably clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the spa, gym, restaurants, and bar. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and other attractions in the area.

We were a family of 5 and the staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They didn't mind that we had extra people in our room and even helped us bring all of our groceries to our room. The room itself was spacious and clean, and we were lucky enough to get a random upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite. The view of the beach from our room was absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the sunset. The hotel had a luxurious feel to it, with beautiful architectural details and finishes. The staff always had a smile on their faces and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. the hotel was quite far from the local restaurants and bars, requiring either a cab or a car to get around.

We appreciated the great amenities from air conditioning to kitchen utensils and free toiletries. The staff made arrangements for a wonderful anniversary dinner for us at a nearby restaurant Sal e Pepe, which was a highlight of our stay.

We wish there was more of a shuttle service for getting around. Nevertheless, we would highly recommend this place to families and friends.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the complimentary drinks offered at the pool bar and the fact that beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. the location was great and we enjoyed exploring the area.

The attendants were not helpful and the front desk did not follow up on our complaint. the carpeting in our room was worn and a little tired, making the room look and feel older than it should have.

We lucked into a random upgrade to a spacious 2-bedroom room, which was definitely great value for money. The location was perfect, with a pristine beach just steps away, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only improvement needed would be to have more breakfast options on the menu, as it could use a bit more variety.

The white sand beach was stunning, and despite the water not being as blue as expected, it was still enjoyable.
