The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk to the Link light rail station that brings you directly from the airport. It's also very convenient to everything in downtown, including shopping malls and all the major touristic attractions. The rooms are well-furnished with antique-style decor, providing a charming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly helpful and caring, ensuring a pleasant stay. The restaurant and lounge offer a nice atmosphere and great food. it's a great value for the price.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was absolutely fabulous! The location was perfect for me as it was close to the public market, Westlake shopping centre and monorail station. The staff were amazing, right from the doorman to reception and house maids. They provided excellent service and cocktails at the bar. The welcome drink was a nice touch! The room was cozy and had everything I needed such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including free toiletries.
