During a family trip, we stayed at Mgm Signature Towers by Fantasticstay for 4 nights. the spacious room with an extra sofa and bed linens was perfect. Convenient kitchen facilities like a microwave and stove saved us money on breakfast. the property's cleanliness and pleasant scent were impressive. Nearby stores like Target and ABC made getting groceries a breeze. Quick access to the airport and connection bridges to the MGM Grand added convenience to our stay. Cons: 100% recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was attached to a well, known complex with plenty of entertainment and dining options within walking distance. the access to amenities such as pools and top golf made it easy to have a fun, filled stay. Additionally, having a kitchen with dishes provided was a great feature for families looking to prepare their meals during their trip.

There were some cleanliness issues during my stay, such as dirty towels found in cabinets, non, functional phones in the room, and furniture that seemed disorganized. the lack of working kitchen appliances like microwaves and the need to purchase basic items like coffee from downstairs was a bit inconvenient.

Great pool, nice access, perfect temperature. Comforting room, lovely bathroom jacuzzi. Convenient location with easy access to MGM Grand and New York New York. Food court nearby. Vending machine by elevators for snacks.

TV issue, bathroom odor, outdated decor. No cleaning despite $150 fee.
