The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, from the front desk clerk who accommodated our request for a quiet room, to the bellman who gave us useful tips on navigating the traffic. the service really stood out. Additionally, the hotel provided a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which made our transportation hassle-free. the convenience of this amenity was greatly appreciated.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. the first room we were assigned had a strong moldy smell, dirty floors, and stained sheets.
