The location right on the beach was truly spectacular, and we enjoyed sitting outside and soaking in the beautiful surroundings. the room itself left much to be desired. We were disappointed to find no ironing facilities available, which made it challenging to keep our clothes looking neat. The lack of heating or air conditioning made the room uncomfortable at times, especially during the chilly nights. the carpeted floor appeared quite worn and in need of replacement. On the bright side, the hotel did offer room service, which was convenient for a quick bite to eat. the absence of free toiletries was a letdown, as it's always nice to have those provided. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, but the lack of a sitting area or comfortable chair made it difficult to relax and enjoy it fully. We also had issues with noisy fire alarms going off frequently during our stay, which was disruptive and unsettling. It would have been helpful if the hotel had informed us of any ongoing construction or maintenance work beforehand. Despite these flaws, the staff were friendly and accommodating, which helped to improve our overall experience.

Just got back from a quick beach getaway and had a blast! Loved being steps away from the sandy shores and feeling the ocean breeze from our room. The lobby was a real winner, cozy seating with a view to die for! Couldn't beat having electric shades for privacy and to enjoy the view. Plus, the beds were super comfy for a restful night's sleep. Also, the quick room service breakfast and complimentary drinks were a lovely touch!

I thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking ocean view right from my room and the beautiful grounds of the hotel. The activities like the pool, corn hole, and gas stoves with stunning views were a definite highlight. However, the room cleanliness and noise levels were disappointing, and the high prices did not match the quality.

The location at Monterey Tides was fantastic, with stunning views and a lovely lounge and bar area. the room amenities, including the flat, screen TV and complimentary Starbucks coffee, made for a comfortable stay. the silver lining of my visit was really getting on the road too feed my dogs.

Despite these positives, the cleanliness of the hotel fell short of expectations. the sheets and towels seemed unclean, and the presence of flies in the bathroom was off, putting.

Breakfast with dolphins was magical. The room view was stunning, and beach access was perfect. Would DEFINITELY choose it again. Even better than in photos.

My friends and I had an absolute blast exploring the Monterey Bay coastal trail and enjoying the private beachfront with s'mores kits for our bonfire nights. The heated outdoor pool was a major hit too!
