What a treat! I felt like a VIP at Naples Bay Club, enjoying pools, tennis, spa, and a fitness center. Oh, and the rental kayaks let me explore like a pro! Cheers to Waves Marina Store for keeping me hydrated. Such a central spot for all my activities.

Just loved how the spa treatments rejuvenated my body and spirit, but who needs hot water to take a shower anyway? So refreshing!

The welcome at check, in was fantastic, and the staff throughout the resort were friendly. the resort was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. the location was great, with easy access to the Naples area. the room was spacious and the bathroom was impressive, with a choice between a walk, in shower or a shower, bath combo. This saved time when getting ready for a night out. Additionally, the pool area was great and the gym and spa were impressive. the customer service was top, notch.

The mattresses in the room were very soft, making it difficult to sleep or change positions at night. Despite requesting assistance multiple times, the front desk informed us that nothing could be done as the mattresses were purchased a year ago.

This place has an amazing location, right in the center of everything. We loved the prompt and professional service by the staff. Free wi-fi in rooms, valet parking, and shuttle service ensured we had everything we needed. The room amenities were great, with kitchen utensils and toaster at our disposal. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant was a treat. We enjoyed using the outdoor swimming pool, fitness studio, kayaking, and boating facilities here.

We would totally recommend this place to our friends.

The suite had modern decor, porcelain tile bathrooms, and a marina view. It was in walking distance to restaurants and shops on 5th Avenue. The pools were beautiful with plenty of sun beds. The staff was great.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location right in the heart of the city was perfect for exploring all that the area has to offer. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the marina from our balcony. We also appreciated the convenience of having a kitchenette and laundry facilities in our room. The amenities provided, such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV, added to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Our marina view was stunning, just as we had hoped. We did have to walk a bit to get to the pools, but the shuttle service was a lifesaver. I highly recommend Bay Resort for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.

The resort was in a great location, close to popular attractions and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and attentive, making our weekend a memorable one. The resort had beautiful pools and plenty of sun beds for lounging.

One downside was that the pool was often full, making it difficult to enjoy the amenities. Additionally, the resort was situated on a busy main road, resulting in some traffic noise.

The location of this resort was perfect for our event. The staff, especially Dawn DoBroka and Paul Amend, went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. The lazy river was a hit with our group, and the lounge chairs provided a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The service was top-notch, and the breakfast options were delicious. The view of the marina was stunning.

The wait time for lunch by the pool was frustrating.

We loved the breathtaking marina view and the convenient location within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The spacious and well-appointed 2 bedroom/2 bathroom room with a full kitchen was perfect for our young family. The daily housekeeping was a nice touch. The small pool nearby and the bigger pool area a short walk away provided great options for swimming and lounging. We also enjoyed the pool bar/restaurant with friendly bartenders. The private adults-only pool area was a nice retreat. The kids pool and lazy river with a waterfall were a hit with the kids. the facilities were well-maintained and clean.

The shuttle service and bell hops at the hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating. the Bonefish restaurant at the hotel was amazing, offering delicious food. Additionally, the room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well, maintained.

The amenities at the hotel were quite poor. the lazy river was small and not very enjoyable, especially for adults.

During our stay, we enjoyed the perfect location of this resort, close to many local waterfront restaurants and attractions like Tin City, while also being in the midst of all the action. Our spacious room had all we needed, complete with a clean and comfortable bathroom. The staff provided an excellent service with daily housekeeping and helpful recommendations for activities. The poolside cafe had a great variety of good food offered at a reasonable price.

Some guests reported that housekeeping services were not included in their six-night stay.
