The service at Marriott West End was outstanding. Dina, our hostess, went above and beyond to ensure our seminar room was well-maintained. The food provided during our conference was fantastic. The hotel's convenient location to business and restaurants was a major plus.

Despite these positives, there were a few drawbacks. Firstly, the temperature of the seminar room was quite chilly, and I had to bring a jacket to stay warm.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is absolutely superb, right across from the Vanderbilt football stadium. We loved being able to watch the games from the fitness room - what a treat! Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which was convenient for us as we didn't have much time to venture far. The hotel offers a wide range of services, including room service, dry cleaning, and even a wedding service. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the restaurant staff to the shuttle driver. We were particularly impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the three young men outside who were always there to assist guests. the service was top-notch and made our stay even more enjoyable.

In summary, this place is definitely worth a splurge if you can find a good rate. With its prime location and excellent amenities, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a fantastic stay. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They even gave me a few days of free breakfast at their restaurant, which was exceptional. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location is great, with many restaurants and bus stops nearby. I even walked to downtown in under an hour. The view of Vanderbilt football stadium from the fitness room is awesome!

The staff at the Marriott Vanderbilt made my Birthday Celebration amazing! Upon arrival, they were efficient, friendly, and even sent up a cheese and fruit board with wine to my room, signed by everyone. The hotel is well-run, with friendly and helpful staff, a great concierge lounge, and live music in the evenings. I had an A++++ experience and will definitely return on my next trip to Nashville.

Marriott at Vanderbilt University exceeded our expectations with exceptional service. We were impressed when Dre from the maintenance team saved my lost necklace from the sink, and stayed delighted with the accommodating team throughout our stay. I'd recommend this hotel, despite some minor drawbacks.
