Exceptional value for money. Room was cozy and comfortable. Location was tranquil with beautiful natural surroundings. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room at New Park Venue & Suites was beautifully designed and decorated, with a large outdoor patio that offered a stunning view. We loved that wifi was available and the door leading outside had a blind for controlled lighting. The cabin smelled good and felt luxurious, with plenty of outlets for charging our electronics. The property itself was extremely beautiful in the morning, and we enjoyed the decor inside the cabin. The availability of paper plates, cups, forks, and coffee was a convenient touch.

As a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near wineries, the unique rustic vibe of the rooms, and the abundance of coffee pods and tea. The smart TV and streaming apps were a bonus.

The location was perfect for Christmas, with beautiful views and a luxurious cabin that smelled amazing. We had all of the utensils we needed, and there were plenty of outlets for our electronics, which was helpful. the outdoor scenery was gorgeous and made for some awesome pictures.

The entrance was poorly lit and it was quite scary at night, especially because we had no cell signal. the bugs were a bit off-putting and the AC machine was confusing to use.

This hotel offers luxury and exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. From the well-equipped BBQ facilities to the stunning garden area, we were impressed with the high-quality service and leisure room that had a great TV and musical instruments. the room had many exclusive advantages such as a private bathroom and outdoor dining area.

We experienced one minor issue as there were limited picnic tables available. Despite this, we enjoyed exploring the hotel's location advantages and the surrounding area with hiking trails.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Located just a few miles away from stunning waterfalls that cascade into Cayuga Lake, the hotel offers a convenient base for nature enthusiasts. The spacious rooms are nicely furnished with natural stone and wood flooring, comfortable beds, and a porch with seating and a swing. The bathroom features a luxurious rainfall shower and heated floors. The friendly staff is always ready to assist and the hotel provides complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water.

The lack of clear signage on the outside of the hotel made it easy for us to drive right past the entrance.
