Their efforts were much appreciated and helped smooth out some of the initial problems we faced upon arrival. In terms of the room itself, there were areas that needed improvement. The cleanliness could have been better, as we noticed toenail clippings on the bathroom floor and dirty grout. The bed and pillows were also quite uncomfortable, with the pillows feeling worn out even after fluffing them up. New York, New York offers a great location on the strip with plenty of restaurant options and a cozy room, but there are certainly areas where they could enhance the guest experience, particularly in terms of room maintenance and amenities.
