The room was dirty, seriously—hair everywhere, a stained pillow, and the sink was cracked. It felt like they didn’t even clean the place before I checked in. Totally gross!

Comfortable beds and great indoor pool experience

I also enjoyed the amazing indoor pool and hot tub. the facility did have some cleanliness issues and noise disturbances that could use improvement.

Room was big and clean, the staff helped with luggage too. They have an indoor pool which was great for the kids.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the amenities it felt fair.

We enjoyed the lively casino atmosphere with bingo, slots, and gaming tables. The spacious remodeled suite was perfect for our large family, offering two bathrooms and a well, laid, out living area. The indoor pool and large Jacuzzi were great for relaxing after a day of excitement.

My children wished for a more kid, friendly dining option.

When we checked into the Nugget, I was immediately hit with a strong smell of smoke, which was quite unpleasant. Despite requesting a high floor and a quiet room, we were placed on the 24th floor where we could hear noise from other guests, TV through the walls, and even late-night train disturbances. The room itself was dusty, and the bathroom was not clean, with a dirty toilet and tub, as well as a dead cockroach under the sink. I also found it disappointing that there was no microwave in the room. the staff at the Nugget were unhelpful and rude. We had issues with the air conditioning not working, and despite multiple requests, it was never fixed. The housekeeping was subpar, as they missed cleaning the floor and only partially addressed the cleanliness issues we raised. The overall cleanliness of the hotel, including the room and pool area, left much to be desired. The fact that someone stole our slot machine voucher from the room and the hotel did not adequately address it was also a disappointing experience. In terms of amenities, the hotel does offer some conveniences like flat-screen TVs and comfortable beds, but these were overshadowed by the numerous issues we encountered during our stay. I would not recommend staying at the Nugget due to the cleanliness issues, unhelpful staff, and lack of attention to guest concerns.

Check-in was convenient with the kiosk. Our room was clean, and the beds were incredibly comfy. we requested a king and received two queens, a notable downside. The room was spacious, featuring nice furniture and an oversized flat screen. Shower pressure was excellent, but it didn’t drain well. Heater issues arose, and noise from an industrial fan disturbed our sleep. Elevators malfunctioned, causing delays. I appreciated the quietness inside but not the cigarette smell in the air. The bathroom needed attention; the tub had black specks, and a higher toilet would improve comfort. Housekeeping could improve as well.

Valet service was a hassle, and the casino felt dark and disorienting. Checked in at a kiosk and ended up far from the elevator despite requesting a high floor. The room was spacious, but cleanliness was lacking—dusty surfaces and old coffee in the machine were disappointing. The indoor pool looked nice, but the cold water was a letdown, especially with kids around. Dining options were limited due to bookings, and the food quality had dropped. Staff responses felt indifferent, and we faced issues like a broken sink edge. Not quite what I hoped for.

The pillow top mattresses were the highlight, SO COMFY! Unfortunately, the breakfast didn't live up to the photos. Despite that, I'd still choose to stay here again.

They made me feel valued, which is rare. there are areas needing improvement. The parking situation is a challenge, especially for those with disabilities. Distances from the parking lot to check-in and then the elevators are considerable. Noise from the freeway can disrupt sleep, and maintenance responses lagged, impacting my comfort. Minor details matter. Liquid creamers would enhance the coffee experience. Despite these issues, I’ll continue returning for the atmosphere and steadfast service. A few adjustments could elevate this already appealing destination.

Despite cleanliness issues and room maintenance concerns, the indoor pool and dining options like Anthony's Chophouse stood out positively. Ultimately, the convenient location and enjoyable casino atmosphere were highlights of my visit.

The overall experience at this hotel was pleasant. the room was clean and well maintained, with comfortable beds and soft pillows. the location was ideal, away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets, providing a quiet atmosphere. the casino was fantastic, and the check-in process was smooth.

There were a few areas that could be improved upon. Clearer directions to the rooms would be beneficial, as we got lost initially.

i love staying at the Nugget, everything we need is right there. the rooms are great, staff friendly and helpful. Easy access to activities and good dining options nearby. They even changed our room for a gorgeous view!

The staff was friendly and the room had a great view, along with a nicely updated bathroom. The free parking garage and efficient heater were much appreciated. Despite a few minor issues, we would consider staying here again in the future.

However, improvements in cleanliness, staff training, and customer service are needed to enhance the guest experience at this hotel.

The Nugget Casino Resort offers suites and double rooms which was convenient for my group. The room's view of the mountains was stunning and added a nice touch to the stay.

The shower had drainage issues, and the bed sheets were uncomfortable.
