We had a great stay at Ocean Pointe Suites. the staff was friendly and responsive, and the property was well-maintained. Our unit was clean and bug-free, with a nice view of the mangroves. the kitchenette was convenient for breakfast and the separate bedrooms made for a comfortable sleep. the pool area had a fun, resort-like vibe, and the location was ideal for exploring the Florida Keys and even taking a trip to Miami. a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The view of the water was absolutely stunning, definitely the highlight of our weekend getaway. We loved being able to see the ocean from our room and enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings. the self-catering condos were a great feature. It was convenient to have a fully stocked kitchen and dining area, giving us the option to cook our own meals if we wanted to.

There were some aspects of our stay that we were not satisfied with. the rooms did not match the pictures that were advertised online, they were outdated and not up to our expectations.

The value for money at Ocean Pointe Suites was excellent, with clean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The view of the mangroves from our suite was beautiful, and we enjoyed watching the feral cats exploring the area. The pool had a fun, resort-like atmosphere.

Breakfast choices could be improved with a greater variety of options available.

Great location, with a small private beach and lovely pool. the marina is a nice addition for those interested in boating. the staff is friendly and helpful. the rooms are comfortable and well, equipped, with a beautiful kitchen. the bedding is clean and comfortable, and there are plenty of towels available. the size of the rooms is perfect, and the resort is easy to navigate with clear signage. the staff is regularly seen around the resort and is always working hard.

There were some minor issues during our stay. Some of the kitchen utensils were missing or in poor condition, and the ice, maker in the refrigerator didn't work.

My partner and I recently stayed at Ocean Pointe Suites for a relaxing weekend getaway. Nathan at the front desk was incredibly helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local activities and discounts. The pool was absolutely lovely, and we only wished we had more time to enjoy the beach. The brand new dock area was a highlight for us as well, adding a unique touch to our stay. The hotel grounds were clean and appealing, and the staff throughout the property were friendly and accommodating. The spacious room had a nice view of the ocean and was well-equipped with all the basic amenities we needed. our stay was enjoyable and we would highly recommend this hotel.

I loved spending time in the pool area, it was clean, well-maintained, and the palm trees provided a nice tropical ambiance. The hot tub was also a great addition for relaxation. The room I stayed in was also fantastic, with top-notch facilities like a walk-in shower, two bathrooms, a balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen. The grilling areas were also a highlight, well-lit and surrounded by palm trees. The location of the hotel in the heart of the upper keys was perfect, especially for scuba diving.

While there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the distance of the room from the pool area and the early closure of the bar, these did not significantly impact my overall experience. Additionally, the beach at the hotel was not the soft white sand I was expecting, but the pool and hot tub area more than made up for it.
