This hotel is situated in a perfect spot, with easy access to downtown area and to numerous ski resorts. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a peaceful view of the mountains in the background. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was good with helpful staff. The breakfast had a good choice of delicious baked items.

While the decor was nice, there was a musty smell in the bathroom.

The hotel is set in lovely large gardens, in-between beautiful mountains in the valley. The location is peaceful and beautiful to wake up to. The rooms have a great view of the mountains and come with a king bed. The breakfast is included and better than average with hot and cold options.

The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, with large and comfortable rooms. The soundproofing was excellent, and the mountain view from the grounds was lovely. There were 2 pools and outdoor opportunities for activities. The proximity to town and shops made it walkable.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. the staff at the concierge desk were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the breakfast room was also clean and offered a good variety of self-serve options. We loved the beautiful and spacious grounds, which provided a nice open view from our room. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, close to Mount Equinox, stores, designer outlets, Hildene.

Although our overall stay was pleasant, there were a few downsides. the mattress in our room was very hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had a relaxing stay at The Palmer House Resort and enjoyed its convenient location. The property is set back from the road, surrounded by lovely lawns and even has a fishing pond and swimming pools. The rooms were spacious and furnished with good quality furniture. I loved having a separate area with a fridge and sink. The view from outside my room was breathtaking, and it was just a short drive into town for shopping and dining. The value for money in this expensive area was exceptional. I would highly recommend The Palmer House Resort for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this motel in a convenient location. The room was comfortable and felt like home, with a large size and a couch area. The cleanliness was impressive, and the bathroom was great with a long vanity and two sinks. The hotel's proximity to the center of town and numerous hiking trails made it a perfect choice. I especially enjoyed being within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the highly recommended Ye Old Tavern. The staff were pleasant and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We loved the large and spacious room with a sitting area and comfortable bed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The view from the window was idyllic and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with easy walking distance to great restaurants and beautiful Vermont scenery. The hotel also had a lovely firepit where guests could gather in the evening, which was a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at the Palmer House Resort. The King Bedroom Suite was absolutely amazing, with its spacious layout, jacuzzi, and fireplace. The view of the mountains from our room was breathtaking. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the nearby "Ye Olde Tavern." I highly recommend this hotel.

Stunning suite with cozy fireplace and beautiful views of the frozen pond. The renovated bathroom was excellent. The location was perfect for us - nearby shopping, skiing and dining. The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. We couldn't use the indoor pool but we heard good things about it. Would recommend Palmer House Resort, Ascend Hotel Collection for a relaxing weekend getaway.
