We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, including the nice lobby and the well-organized breakfast. The staff were friendly and the waiters and waitresses at breakfast were very polite. The location was very convenient, close to some good restaurants and our game at Heinz Field. we had a wonderful experience here.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with many restaurants nearby. The staff was always helpful and friendly, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, the leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and sauna, were a great bonus. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The hotel's location was convenient, allowing us quick access to nearby shopping and restaurants. The check-in process was efficient and we even received a room upgrade as an elite member. The hotel was conveniently located just minutes away from the highway exit, but still in a quiet area away from traffic noise. the check-in process was quick and cheerful, and the room was clean with a pleasant scent. the bed was extremely comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the hotel was quite noisy, especially during the early hours of the morning, with loud sounds coming from the hallways.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make our wedding room block special. They even delivered glasses and plates to our suite whenever we needed them. And the surprise champagne and chocolate covered strawberries on our wedding night? Absolutely delightful! The rooms were clean and updated, and our guests couldn't stop complimenting them.

The bed was comfortable and the room size was appropriate. The hotel is conveniently located close to the UPMC facility for doctor's appointments. The corporate waved the charge for wifi after a complaint. The lobby/eating area had free wifi.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the excellent customer service provided by the staff. They were friendly and went out of their way to help us with any questions or requests. We were also pleased with the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to the places and events we wanted to visit. Additionally, we appreciated that the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice bonus.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. there was an issue with our reservation as we were initially given a room with the wrong bed configuration.

We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a convenient location with plenty of nearby restaurants, making it easy for us to find great dining options. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with any questions or requests we had. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area.

In terms of drawbacks, the hotel did charge for Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was a bit disappointing. However, when my partner raised the issue with corporate, they promptly waved the charge.
