I got great value for my money at this resort. The newly renovated room was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful shower and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, surrounded by fresh country air, and the staff, especially Frank at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, maybe by adding a few more options to choose from.

We had a great family getaway at Pocono Mountain Villas. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and had all the basics for cooking. The layout was fantastic, giving us a comfortable and home-like experience. The washer/dryer was a convenient bonus. The staff at the VIP section provided excellent service and were professional. The grounds were beautiful, and we enjoyed the conversations with the whistle pigs and the zipline/ropes course was a nice experience.

Great location surrounded by beautiful countryside and close to attractions like Bushkill Falls and the Outlet Malls. the indoor pool and gym were clean and well-maintained. Good wifi connection.

The villa was not very clean, with dirty carpets, floors, and towels. Limited amenities for families, such as no extra quilt/pillows for the baby.

We recently had a romantic escape in the beautiful Pocono Mountains. the two-bedroom villas were nicely set up and offered stunning views from the balcony. the property was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a romantic getaway. We also appreciated the fact that the resort had indoor pools, providing a great option for relaxation and recreation.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the cleanliness of the resort was below our expectations.

The room service was prompt and provided everything we needed. The villa itself was clean, updated, and had beautiful hardwood floors. The bathroom and bedroom were both spacious and the countertops and sink fixtures were modern and stylish. I have allergies and requested a dust-free room, and I was amazed at how clean it was with no signs of dust. The villa was private and surrounded by greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Pocono Mountain Villas for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The unit was slightly smaller than expected, but it was still nice and comfortable. The mattress could have been firmer for better support, but it still provided a good night's sleep.
